Recovery Warriors FAQs

What is the Recovery Warriors Program?

The Recovery Warriors Program an online, do-it-yourself, self-help program that provides a daily topic or lesson with corresponding activities or actions, daily trackers, worksheets, and journal, an online recovery forum, a recovery library, a network of support and services, and more!

How long has Power of 90 Days been in business?

The Power of 90 Days is a DBA of Spuggz, LLC, a Nevada business since 2012.  We have dedicated the last five (5) years, over ten-thousand hours, and hundreds of thousands of dollars, researching, training, studying, and developing the Power of 90 Days programs.

How long does the program last?

The Recovery Warriors Program is designed as a 90-day challenge that is delivered in 30-day modules.  At the end of each module, you are invited to continue on to the next module.

How much does the program cost?

Normally $930.00 for the 90-day program, our scholarships cover $900.00. The Recovery Warrior is responsible for the $30.00...making the cost of our program only .33 centers per day!

Who pays for the scholarships?

Our scholarships sponsors are family, friends, and local and national businesses who have paid for the scholarship and are Standing Up for Recovery.  We encourage our Warriors to show their gratitude by patronizing the businesses listed in our Support & Services directories and by referring them to family and friends.

What is the age requirement to enroll?

Warrior must be a minimum of 13 years old or have the signed consent of a parent or guardian, to enroll.

Is the Recovery Warriors Program only for people with addictions?

Absolutely not!  While the Recovery Warriors Program emphasizes addiction recovery, the program can be helpful and valuable to those suffering from depression, anxiety, neglect, emotional and physical trauma, loneliness, and a variety of additional emotional challenges.  Additionally, our Ripples Warrior Program  is  for spouses and significant others, family, friends, and employers who want to learn more about the addiction recovery process, how they can help and what to expect as their loved one goes through the program. It is also designed for spouses, significant others, family, and friends who need to go through recovery of their own because of the trauma they have suffered due to their loved one’s addition.

Do I need to already be “Clean” to start the program?

Absolutely not!  If you haven’t already detoxed from your abuse substance, we can help you using a safe and realistic method of tapering through our Detox & Recovery Prep module.  Our Detox & Recovery Prep helps you detox and prime your mind, body, and spirit for recovery, with a target of being fully detoxed by the end of the 30 days.

How does the Recovery Warrior Program help people without addictions?

The foundation of the Recovery Warrior program is to start at the beginning and uncover the root cause of the addiction, depression, and anxiety.  Even without an addiction, those suffering from depression and/or anxiety usually have an unresolved emotional incident, perception or debilitating belief that fuels their fear.  We help identify the beginning of the incident or belief so we can develop a strategy to leave it in the past, allowing the Warrior to move forward without fear.

What if I want to get better, but I’m not completely ready to get clean?

Our Recovery Forum is perfect for those who want to get clean but aren’t quite ready to commit to a full detox. The Forum was created to allow and encourage individuals to share their experiences, successes, and failures. The goal is to help and support others in the group through their recovery challenges, cheer them on for their successes and help lift and encourage them when they stumble and fall.

What if I need medication to help with my detox and withdrawal symptoms?

If you need a prescription to help with your detox and withdrawal symptoms, your regular physician can help you with that. If you don’t have a doctor you currently use, please check our Support & Services directory for physicians and treatment centers in your area.

How long do I have access to the modules?

Your membership is good for 90 days at a time.  As long as you remain an active member, you will have access to all the modules you have purchased.

Once I Enroll, when does the program start?

Once you have completed your application made the required payment, you will have immediate access to the program you have selected.

Does my program automatically renew at the end of each 90-days?

No, your program does not automatically renew at the end of your membership.  This is to allow you time to decide how much time you need between modules.  Warriors receive an invitation email when it's time to move on to the next module.

What is your refund policy?

Once you have registered and paid for the program, there are no refunds as you will have immediate access to confidential and proprietary  information.  Keep in mind, you can cancel at any time.  However, there are no refunds, and you will lose access to your Recovery Warrior program and corresponding benefits immediately.  If you accessed your program through a scholarship, you will lose all scholarship benefits show you cancel your Recovery Warrior membership.

Once I enroll, are there any supplies I will need?

Each Warrior will need a 3-ring binder and a 3-hole punch for the worksheets and journal pages they download. Warriors also need access to a printer with paper and ink/toner, and digital device such as a laptop, desktop, tablet, or smart phone to access the online program. A desktop, laptop, or tablet is preferable over a smart phone simple because of the size of the text.

Are the recover programs available for “in person” classes and meetings?

Not at this time.  One of the reasons we made the Recovery Warriors an online program is to make it easier for Members/Warriors to participate.  As an online program, Members/Warriors don’t have to worry about their schedule and making it to a meeting.  The online course allows Members/Warriors to complete their daily assignments and activities in the privacy of their own home, according to their schedule and availability and anonymously if desired.
