Relapse Prevention: Week Four |
![]() | As you enter the final week of your 90-day recovery challenge, we want you to pause and recognize the strength it took to get here. This was not easy. There were days that tested your patience, your courage, your honesty, and your hope, but you kept going. Even when the road felt heavy, even when the progress felt slow, and even when giving up may have seemed easier, you chose to fight for yourself. That choice matters, and we are incredibly proud of you. Every step you have taken over these past 90 days is proof that you are stronger than the struggle you faced. You have fought through uncertainty, discomfort, fear, and change, and through it all, you did not quit. That kind of determination is something to be honored. The people who care about you have seen your effort. They have seen the work you put in when no one else could do it for you. They have seen the courage it took to be honest, to keep trying, to get back up, and to believe that a healthier life was possible. You may not always have felt strong, but strength was there every time you stayed, every time you listened, every time you reached out, and every time you made it through one more day. |
This final week is more than the end of this challenge, it is a celebration of how far you have come and a reminder of what you are capable of carrying forward. The same courage that brought you here can guide you into the next 90-day challenge of Continuing Recovery. Keep choosing yourself. Keep protecting your peace. Keep leaning on the tools, support, and wisdom you have gained through this 90-day challenge. You have earned this moment, and you have every reason to be proud of the person you are becoming. No matter what comes next, remember this: you did not come this far by accident. You fought for this. You stayed in the process when it was rough. You kept moving when it was uncomfortable. You proved that healing is possible one decision, one day, and one step at a time. We are proud of your fight, proud of your commitment, and proud of the hope you continue to build.
