Recovery Challenges

Our challenges will help you:

  • Prepare your mind, body & spirit for beginning and continuing recovery.
  • Detox. (Even those with an emotional issue or behavioral addiction and no substance addiction need to detox – whether it’s simply making their body healthy, eliminating negative thinking from their minds, and identifying, then removing destructive spiritual or cognitive beliefs.)
  • Track daily habits and behaviors (Including people, places & things) to better understand the forces that are driving actions.
  • Uncover and understand the root cause of the addiction or mental and emotional issues, then guide recovery through solution-focused education and support.
  • Create a solid relapse prevention and relapse recovery plan.
  • Establish a strong accountability and support team.
  • Move forward with recovery by completing the Power of 90 Days recovery challenge modules in order, and continue to build upon the information, skills, and understandings learned in the previous modules.
