What are the recovery challenges?
Our recovery challenges are online, do-it-yourself, self-help, daily challenges that walk you through detox and recovery.
How long has the Power of 90 Days been in business?
Power of 90 Days is a DBA of Spuggz, LLC, a Nevada business since 2012.
How long do the recovery challenges last?
Each module is 30 days. The 90-day challenge consists of three (3) modules and the 30-day challenge is one (1) module.
How much does the program cost?
The 90-day challenge is $135.00 before any discounts. Each 30-day challenge is $45.00 before any discounts. The Recovery Warrior Membership is free with any challenge membership.
What is the age requirement to register for a challenge?
A person must be a minimum of 13 years old or have the signed consent of a parent or guardian, to register.
Are the recovery challenges only for people with addictions?
Absolutely not! While our recovery challenges emphasize addiction recovery, the program can be helpful and valuable to those suffering from depression, anxiety, neglect, emotional and physical trauma, loneliness, and a variety of additional emotional challenges. It is also for spouses and significant others, family, friends, and employers who want to learn more about the addiction recovery process, how they can help and what to expect as their loved one goes through the program. It is also designed for spouses, significant others, family, and friends who need to go through recovery of their own because of the trauma they have suffered due to their loved one’s addition.
Do I need to already be “Clean” to start the program?
Absolutely not! If you haven’t already detoxed from your abuse substance, we can help you using a safe and realistic method of tapering through our Detox & Harm Reduction challenge. Our Module 1: Detox & Harm Reduction challenge helps you detox and prime your mind, body, and spirit for recovery, with a target of being fully detoxed by the end of the 30 days.
How do the 90-day challenges help people without addictions?
The foundation of the 90-day challenge is to start at the beginning and uncover the root cause of the addiction, depression, and anxiety. Even without an addiction, those suffering from depression and/or anxiety usually have an unresolved emotional incident, perception or debilitating belief that fuels their fear. We help identify the beginning of the incident or belief so we can develop a strategy to leave it in the past, allowing individuals to move forward without fear.
What if I want to get better, but I’m not completely ready to get clean?
Our Module 1: Detox & Harm Reduction is perfect for those who want to get clean but aren’t quite ready to commit to a full detox. Our Detox & Harm Reduction module helps individuals slowly taper off until they reach the level they choose, from being completely clean to still using but on a reduced level.
What if I need medication to help with my detox and withdrawal symptoms?
If you need a prescription to help with your detox and withdrawal symptoms, your regular physician can help you with that. If you don’t have a doctor you currently use, please check our Recovery Resources & Support Directories to see which services are available in your area.
How long do I have access to the challenge?
Your membership is good for either 90 days, or 30 days at a time, depending on whether you registered for the 90-day challenge or a monthly challenge. However, as long as you remain an active member, you will have access to all the challenges you have purchased.
Once I Enroll, when does the program start?
Once you have completed your application made the required payment, you will have immediate access to the challenge or membership you have selected. However, we suggest you start your challenge on a Monday so you can do your week reviews on Sunday. Nonetheless, you can start on whichever day you prefer and make your 7th day your day of review.
What is the Recovery Warriors Forum?
Our Recovery Warriors Forum is free to everyone who registers for a recovery challenge and is where all Warriors can interact with each other by asking questions, responding to questions, and commenting on posts.
Does my program automatically renew at the end of the 30 or 90 days?
Our Recovery Challenge Memberships do not automatically renew, allowing you to choose to repeat your current challenge or move on to the next one.
What is your refund policy?
Once you have completed your registration, you have immediate access to our programs, benefits, and proprietary information. Therefore, once you finalize your registration, there are no refunds. If you do not move on to the next challenge, your membership will automatically be converted to the Recovery Warrior Membership once the term of your current challenge expires. With the Recovery Warrior Membership, you will still have access to the Recovery Warrior forum, resources and support, and the stories, poems, and tributes submitted by other warriors.

When you register for a 30 or 90-day challenge, you will need 3-ring binders and a 3-hole punch for the daily challenge, daily topics and worksheets, daily journal and daily trackers you download. Challenge Warriors also need access to a printer with paper and ink/toner, and digital device such as a laptop, desktop, tablet, or smart phone to access the online program. A desktop, laptop, or tablet is preferable over a smart phone simple because of the size of the text.
Are the Recovery Challenges available for “in person” classes and meetings?
Not at this time. One of the reasons we made the Recovery Challenges an online program is to make it easier for Members/Warriors to participate. As an online program, Members/Warriors don’t have to worry about their schedule and making it to a meeting. The online course allows Members/Warriors to complete their daily assignments and activities in the privacy of their own home, according to their schedule and availability and anonymously if desired.
