| Power of 90 Days is designed to work in conjunction with inpatient, outpatient, and 12-step programs. While it’s possible to recover from addiction using the Power of 90 Days weekly challenges as your only recovery plan, it will take a lot of hard work, focus, and discipline. Therefore, we suggest you incorporate an inpatient, outpatient, or 12-step program and add it to your Power of 90 Days membership and recovery challenge for even more recovery benefits. The first step to recovery is being ready and willing to move forward. Whether that means complete abstinence or cutting back and using less, every step, regardless of how small, is a step forward and better than where you were before.
