About Addiction

We are always just one decision, one action, one choice away from a completely different life.  It could be positive, it could be negative, but the choice is yours.

Recovery isn't about people who have more willpower than others...it's about people who have had enough and are ready to change when others are not.  It's for those who are ready to fight, to do what ever it takes to achieve their goal.

Recovery isn't just for addiction. It's also for finding solid ground after trauma, abuse, abandonment, PTSD, the loss of a loved one, etc. has caused mental, emotional, and spiritual distress.

The truth is, if you don't move forward, you will be stuck in the cycle of the worst day of your life FOREVER!

Heroes

There are very few people who haven't been affected by the monster of addiction.  Addiction is like a tsunami that takes out everyone in its way and leaves behind a path of destruction...the ripple effects touch everyone.

Whether it's your addiction or someone you love, addiction does not discriminate. It does not care who you are, what you look like, or if you come from a "good" family.  And while we can't save everyone, We need to Stand Up and help those that we can.

We created our Standing Up for Recovery campaign to provide the support they will need for the long journey in front of them.

Family and friends can  post message of support and interact on our Community Forum. For a small fee, business leaders also receive a listing in our business directory.   tributes.  Business members receive a business directory listing!

If you feel lost, broken, or simply don't know where to start, you've come to the right place!

We begin by helping you take an inventory of where you are right now, so you know and understand what your first step should be.  We help you begin to understand your beliefs and perception of your world...because every action, or inaction, starts with those two things.

Before you can create a solid plan to overcome addiction, you need a better understanding of how you got here, and you need to be aware of the mental and physical changes to your body that your addiction has caused...changes that make it almost impossible to quit on your own.

We understand there's more to addiction than just drugs, alcohol, or risky behavior.  And we know there's more to "Getting Clean" than just detox.

  • Recovery is hard...do it anyway!  EVERYTHING in life that's worth having, worth doing, is hard!
  • Recovery takes bravery, it take courage, it takes never giving up no matter how many times you fall.  But that's ok...because you are a Warrior!
  • You are stronger than you know...you are a Warrior!  How do I know you're a Warrior?  Because you are here, researching how to fight and get your life back!
  • Admitting you need help may be the bravest thing you'll ever do... Asking for help is the second.
  • Only you can change your life.  It's not just a cliché or a cute saying...it's the truth.  We can support you, your family and friends can support you, but only your daily choices will change your life.
  • In 90 days, you can have 90 days of recovery, or 90 more days of addiction. The choice is yours.  It all starts with the next step you take.
  • We don't believe in second chances...we believe in as many chances as it takes!

Every addiction takes its toll of dreams, relationships, and lives.  Some addictions are more disruptive than others and the devastating  effect can tear apart families and friends and destroy lives.

Yet, despite knowing the horrific potential for loss, everyday, someone is sucked into the delusion that they have enough discipline to try it "only once", or believe it's a short-term solution to get through the pain.

Sadly, statistics prove otherwise. "Just once", or "For just a little while" doesn't exist.

Good people from good families are lost every day to the monster of addiction. And all the discipline and willpower in the world can not save you if you don't know everything you need to fix.

We empower you through information, education, guidance, support, and individual accountability.  We would be humbled if you allowed us to join you on your journey of rebuilding the life you want and finding your own, individual power.

Enrolling in our Warrior Recovery program  is your first step to rediscovering yourself and becoming the person you want to be.  We will walk you, one-day-at-a-time, through your journey.  You decide what your journey looks like...getting clean and healthy, or reducing harm and at least getting  healthier, physically, emotionally, and spiritually so you're strong enough to handle another day.        CLICK HERE to learn more
