• Valid on any 90-Day Recovery Challenge

• Recipient will need access to a digital device, preferably a laptop, desktop, or tablet as content may be too small or reformatted on a cell phone

• Recipient will need access to a printer and will need paper, a 3-hole punch and 3-ring binders

• Recipient must be a minimum of 13 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian
