How Our Challenges Work |
| Before you begin one of our 90-day challenges, first, determine if you need a more structured and disciplined program than the Power of 90 Days. While many people are able to quit their addiction on their own, there is no shame in needing additional help and support to get through one of the toughest things you will ever go through. Please put some serious thought into whether you need additional help, because our goal is to help as many people as possible to truly quit their addiction. Power of 90 Days is designed to work in conjunction with inpatient, outpatient, and 12-step programs. While it’s possible to recover from addiction using the Power of 90 Days weekly challenges as your only recovery plan, it will take a lot of hard work, focus, and discipline. Therefore, we suggest you incorporate an inpatient, outpatient, or 12-step program and add it to your Power of 90 Days membership and recovery challenge for even more recovery benefits. |
Our ABCs of Recovery 90-Day Challenge is provided through three (3) parts consisting of thirteen (13) weekly challenges that will take you through daily topics with corresponding questions, activities, and daily online discussions. To receive the most benefit out of the 90-day challenge, it's important that you:
