How Our Challenges Work

Before you begin one of our 90-day challenges, first, determine if you need a more structured and disciplined program than the Power of 90 Days.  While many people are able to quit their addiction on their own, there is no shame in needing additional help and support to get through one of the toughest things you will ever go through.  Please put some serious thought into whether you need additional help, because our goal is to help as many people as possible to truly quit their addiction.

Power of 90 Days is designed to work in conjunction with inpatient, outpatient, and 12-step programs.  While it’s possible to recover from addiction using the Power of 90 Days weekly challenges as your only recovery plan, it will take a lot of hard work, focus, and discipline.  Therefore, we suggest you incorporate an inpatient, outpatient, or 12-step program and add it to your Power of 90 Days membership and recovery challenge for even more recovery benefits.

Our ABCs of Recovery 90-Day Challenge is provided through three (3) parts consisting of thirteen (13) weekly challenges that will take you through daily topics with corresponding questions, activities, and daily online discussions.   To receive the most benefit out of the 90-day challenge, it's important that you:

  • Read your daily topic
  • Complete your daily challenge worksheet
  • Complete your daily trackers
  • Engage on the Warrior forums
  • Our Daily Trackers allow you to review and understand your patterns and routine and help you identify areas you wish to work on.  By completing your trackers on a daily basis, you can stay on track for the goals you set for yourself.
  • Our Daily Topic provides you with new insights and understandings to various areas of addiction and recovery.
  • Our daily topic is complemented with a Daily Challenge Worksheet.  By completing the worksheet you can recognize how the topic applies to your life and what you need to understand better or adjust to aid in your recovery and building a better life.
  • Our Daily Challenge Forum provides a safe place to connect and interact with other Warriors who are taking the same recovery challenge you are.  Forums are available 24/7, allowing you to reach out to other Warriors when it's convenient for you.  Use the forum to comment and ask questions regarding the daily topic, and to encourage and support other Warriors.
  • Our Recovery Library provides articles that expand on the daily topics and provide supporting documents and information.
  • Our B.L.A.C.K. C.A.T. EGTĀ©Energy Guidance Technique provides step-by-step guidance on how to ground yourself, release negativity, and allow positive change into your life.
  • Our 24/7 Warrior Connection Forum is open to all Warriors, allowing our Warrior members to connect and interact, start their own topics, and comment on the posts from other Warriors.
  •  Our Article Library provides a general overview on topics related to addiction and recovery.  The article library is open to the public.

A Message from Our Heroes

Challenging yourself to complete a goal in 90 days is brave. It requires determination, focus, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. By setting a clear timeline, you push yourself to grow and achieve more than you thought possible.

Don’t let past fears hold you back from the life you want. Everyone faces challenges and setbacks, but it’s important to recognize that your future is not defined by your past. Taking small steps forward, embracing new opportunities, and believing in your ability to grow can help you move beyond those fears and create the life you envision.
